My passion for real estate ignited nearly 30 years ago while working as a REALTOR® in Alexandria, Virginia, serving the Northern Virginia region. I was honored by the Prince William County Association of Realtors with the Sales and Community Service Award & Stanley Martin New Home Builders as Realtor Associate of the Year.
l considered my home state of NC to be an incubator for growing a real estate business, emphasizing new construction homes. I joined forces with the late Kenneth Moorefield to work for Moorefield Real Estate in Rocky Mount, NC. Mr. Moorefield entrusted me to manage and oversee properties in Greenville-Pitt County. Foote & Moorefield built luxury homes in and around Greenville-Pitt County at that time. The first year, I was Top Producer successfully listing and selling homes in Greenville-Pitt County, including but not limited to: Autumn Lakes, Forest Glen (Wentworth Construction), Irish Creek, Lake Ellsworth, Ironwood, Rock Springs, etc.
My husband, Damian Phillips, is a Greenville-Pitt County native, and we have four children and one grandson. We enjoy gardening, traveling, outreach ministry, and attending our local church. I look forward to continuing to serve Greenville-Pitt County by working collaboratively with buyers, sellers, builders, real estate professionals, and the community to promote excellence in Real Estate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Prime Properties!!!
