Bill and his wife Kelly have lived in Greenville since 1978 and Bill has been a real estate agent since 2006. Kelly retired as a high school teacher in October 2019 and joined Bill as his executive assistant in December 2019.
Bill also owns Fleming Property Management and holds a General Contractors license.
Bill has been very active in the community and currently serves:
• Member of the Greenville Noon Rotary Club since 1984, ( past president)
• Greenville-Pitt Association of Realtors
• Greenville-Pitt County Home Builders Association.
